Sebastian is a junior student in the Dual Degree between Columbia University and Sciences Po. At Sciences Po he majored in Economics and Sociology, with a minor in International Trade and Finance. At Columbia, he is majoring in Economics and Statistics.

Passionate about social sciences, he believes that data-driven solutions are the most effective tool in reforming public policy. This belief about the power of empirical solutions to enrich the social sphere is one he gained in his previous work in NGOs, namely the Danish Refugee Council (Dansk Flygtningehjælp) and the French Red Cross.

Sebastian draws his analytical skills not only from his background in social sciences and mathematics, but also from his ability to rely on comparative methods acquired through his experiences in three education systems (France, Denmark, and the US).
